We will take you through the following 4 stages during the retreat to maximize your benefits:

  2. Visioning – clarifying what you truly want and what lights you up
  3. Clearing – paving the way to identify and break through any potential obstacles
  4. Actioning – creating key inspired actions to build on your new momentum

Retreat Details

Capacity:

  • There’s room for 16-20 guests – based on 6 private rooms and 4 shared rooms

Location:

  • 6,000 square foot lakefront lodge on Sandy Lake (aka “Lake of Spirits”) in the Kawarthas
  • Epic retreat center features heated swim spa, wellness library, yoga studio, 2 acres of land with nature trails, private beach, 2 fire pits, lakeside lounge, sun lounge, lakeside deck, multiple smaller decks, outdoor patios, canoes, paddle boards, kayaks – and the list goes on!
  • About 2 hours away from Toronto

Dates:

  • Thursday, June 8th
    • Arrival time – 3:00 to 4:30pm
    • Welcome Ceremony – 5:00pm
    • Dinner Celebration – 7:00pm
  • Friday, June 9th
    • Full-day Retreat
  • Saturday, June 10th
    • Full-day Retreat
  • Sunday, June 11th
    • Farewell Breakfast & Celebration — 8:00am
    • Check-out – 11:00am

Investment: 

  • $1,899 to $2,199 CDN plus HST (13%) per person – depending on shared or private accommodations as follows:
    • Shared accommodations – $1,899
    • Private accommodations – $2,199

  • 2 coaching calls – 1 before retreat and 1 after retreat
